Ukraine’s human rights commissioner sought answers from Russia over the death of a Ukrainian prisoner associated with the Azov Brigade. Additionally, the first batch of F-16 fighter jets equipped with cannons and missiles arrived in Ukraine, with more donations pledged by Denmark, the Netherlands, and Norway.
