Years ago, Jeremy Green Eche earned $15,000 by pairing Harris and Walz

Supporters of the Democratic ticket, Kamala Harris and Tim Walz, are eager to get their hands on merchandise and yard signs, but one website, HarrisWalz.com, won’t be the place to go for now. The domain was purchased by Jeremy Green Eche in 2020 for $8.99, along with other potential presidential pairings like HarrisPritzker.com.

Eche, who founded Communer, a marketplace for registered trademarks, previously bought ClintonKaine.com in 2011 and sold it to the Trump campaign for $15,000 in 2016. He branded the HarrisWalz.com landing page with a lime-green Charli XCX album cover, but sold it to a “random man” on Tuesday who is a Harris supporter wanting to prevent the domain from falling into the hands of the Trump campaign, as what happened with ClintonKaine.com.

The buyer intends to hold onto the domain unless the Harris campaign wants to purchase it at the price he paid. As of now, the official website for the campaign is KamalaHarris.com.

With Harris selecting Walz as her running mate in a surprising turn of events, supporters are excited about the chosen ticket and are eager to show their support. However, they will have to look elsewhere for official merchandise as HarrisWalz.com is no longer in Eche’s control.
