A recent poll on various demographics in the United States shows that there is a diverse range of opinions and backgrounds among voters. The survey covered a wide range of topics, including education levels, race, gender, religion, military service, and political party affiliation.
It revealed that there is a split among voters in terms of education, with 14% having never attended college, while 26% hold a bachelor’s degree. The data also showed that 23% identified as White evangelical or White born-again Christians.
In terms of the economy, the majority of respondents (71%) believed that the nation’s economy is not so good or poor. When it comes to personal finances, 40% said their family’s financial situation compared to four years ago had worsened.
Opinions on political figures were divided, with 52% strongly disapproving of President Joe Biden’s handling of his job, while 36% either strongly or somewhat approved. Additionally, 77% were dissatisfied or angry with the way things are going in the country today.
The survey also asked about priorities when deciding whom to vote for, with 31% saying the state of democracy and 29% saying the ability to lead were the most important issues. When it comes to immigration, 50% believed that most undocumented immigrants should be offered a chance to apply for legal status.
Overall, the survey highlights the complexity of the American electorate and the diverse range of opinions and beliefs that shape the political landscape.
