Six people, including children, are dead after a wrong-way crash in Jackson, Mississippi. The crash occurred on Interstate 55 at Daniel Lake Boulevard when a Chevrolet Silverado driving south collided with a Hyundai Sonata in the northbound lane. Both drivers and the four passengers in the Hyundai, which included two children and a teenager, were killed in the accident. The Jackson Police Department, Jackson Fire Department, and American Medical Response responded to the scene. The cause of the crash and the identities of the victims have not been released by police. The community is mourning the tragic event, and prayers are being sent to the families of the victims.
