Scott is described as 6’1″, 173 pounds, with black braids, and was last seen wearing khakis, a plaid shirt, and a ski mask. Kai Foreman is approximately 3’6″, weighing 40 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in a gray and black True Religion shirt, red Crocs, and either black or blue basketball shorts.
The police consider Kai to be in “extreme danger” and are urging the public to provide any information they may have regarding the incident or Scott’s whereabouts. The search continues as authorities mobilize resources to locate the missing child and capture Scott.
